Blackberry Oolong

The Zhonghuo (mid-roasted) Shui Xian oolong from the famous Wuyi Mountains is a dark and rich tea that compares well with fine dark chocolate. The most immediate and suitable flavour should thus be blackberries! The hint of fruit carries the bold richness of the original tea leaves forward, but at the same time mellows them slightly. The result is something that even those that can't stomach strong oolongs can suddenly have a passion for.
